Instructions:

 Prepare a helium tank (or a special air pump), a straw, a string, or a ribbon; check that the balloon is intact and that there is no damage or adhesion. 2. First, find the inflation port and use a straw to open the film; then align the helium tank or air pump with the inflation port and evenly inflate the balloon to 80%-90% of its volume to avoid overfilling and causing rupture; then immediately pinch the inflation port and seal it with a self-sealing sticker or a sealing clip. 3. Tie the bottom of the balloon with a ribbon or rope, and fix it to a stand, a heavy object, or a wall. This product does not include string or ribbon.
