At Artizanix, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
✔ Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
✔ Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
✔ Customized or personalized items cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
SECTION 2 - HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

📦 Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
🚚 Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
💰 Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

SECTION 3 - RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
📦 If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, order by mistake), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee will depend on the courier company you choose.
📦 If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping fee.
SECTION 4 - REFUND POLICY
✔ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
✔ Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after item inspection.
✔ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
SECTION 5 - NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
❌ Personalized or Custom Items – Due to the unique nature of custom branding irons, we cannot accept returns unless defective.
❌ Used or Damaged Items – Products that show signs of use or damage due to improper handling.
❌ Final Sale Items – Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or refund.
SECTION 6 - EXCHANGE POLICY
✔ If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.
✔ Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
SECTION 7 - ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. All cancellation requests must be submitted to support@artizanix.com.
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours and before your order has shipped, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. For customized products, please note that production may begin shortly after your order is placed, so timely cancellation is essential.
