SECTION 2 - ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Custom Orders: All design files submitted must be in supported formats (e.g., AI, PDF). Artizanix is not responsible for errors in user-provided designs.

Payments: Full payment is required prior to production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer global shipping via Hong Kong Post with tracking.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard: 6–12 business days

• Express: 3–7 business days (additional fees apply)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 4 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your Designs: You retain ownership of any custom designs submitted. However, you grant Artizanix a non-exclusive license to use your design for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your order.

Our Content: All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Artizanix and may not be used without our prior written consent.

SECTION 5 - DISCLAIMERS

Product Use: Our tools are designed for craft and DIY use. You assume full responsibility for their proper and safe application.

Third-Party Links: We may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Artizanix’s liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
